Training School Leaders and School Staff
One of the very best ways to train people to lead DTSs is the Basic Leadership School. When done well it works. In three years I was able to train up 17 new DTS leaders at Holmsted Manor in the South of England. It really works. Have a close look, do it and then add your improvements to the knowledgebase.
We have even modified it to train leaders of an SOE. Did I say that it really works!
